I’m the Director of Product Experience for Mediaocean. I lead the design of sales applications used by large media companies.
Some of my clients are AT&T, Charter, DISH, Univision, and Verizon. These clients work in a pretty exciting industry, yet their staff is sadly accustomed to lame enterprise applications that are difficult to learn. And sometimes infuriating.
I’m changing that by making Mediaocean product design lean and enlightened, through iterative, cross-functional design and methodical user research.
For over 15 years I have designed for web applications and websites. I’m a native of the Washington, D.C. area and proud JMU alumnus. I’m known to interview strangers. Cab drivers are a favorite. I’m a former local tv commercial star. The richest part of my life is my wife and three daughters.
